Papi's new spot coming soon "Food with Attitude, then Some'

Hi Papi,
How are you doing? Wondering how big the space is??????

IT'S HUGE!!!!!!!! The upstairs room is 39'x19' plus the kitchen is 15'x13' and there is a full bathroom and the decorative fireplace. High ceilings and the wall of windows. The stairs are 63" x 20' long. The first floor is 133' long and 25'wide. The front window is 11' wide and sidewalk to ceiling high. His lot is a little longer than a standard city lot and the back street is an actual street not and alley. Sorry Papi but all the dimensions could be just a little on the +/- side. It is a beautiful space!!!!!! Please let me know when you receive this email.
