MISSING YOU PAUL!!!!!
APPLE DELIGHT PIE
2 WHOLE WHEAT PIE CRUSTS (DEEP)
2 CANS OF APPLE PIE FILLER OR 2 CUPS OF FRESH COOKED SLICED APPLES
2 CANS OF SLICED PEACHES (SUGAR FREE)
2 CANS OF CHERRIES PIE FILLER (SUGAR FREE)
1/2 CUP OF ALMOND EXTRACT
12 EGG WHITES
2 LBS OF CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMPERATURE)
1.) After separating, bring egg whites to room temperature to ensure volume when beating, as warmer eggs whip faster than cold eggs. Egg whites right out of the refrigerator will not whip well. The ideal temperature to whip a common meringue is room temperature, about 70 degrees F. (21 degrees C.). Usually 30 minutes is adequate to obtain room temperature.
A beaten egg white can foam to 6 to 8 times its original volume if the egg whites have been at room temperature for 30 minutes before beating.
BEAT THE EGG WHITE THEN 1/4 CUP ALMOND EXTRACT
2.) WHIP THE CREAM CHEESE IN A FOOD PROCESSOR TO PUFF WITH A TABLESPOON OF ALMOND EXTRACT.
3.) THEN FOLD CHERRIES PIE FILLER WITH 1 LBS OF CREAM CHEESE
4.) THEN FOLD APPLE PIE FILLER WITH 1 LBS OF CREAM CHEESE
5.) IN EACH PIE CRUST LAYER AS FOLLOWS:
CHERRIES MIX FIRST, THEN PEACHES, THEN APPLE MIX AND TOP WITH MERINGUE
6.) BAKE AROUND 25 MINUTES AT (350 PRE-HEAT)
7.) COOL AROUND 30 MINUTES
